Peter has a wealth of property sales and management knowledge. We bought our first property through Peter, and were pleased to keep him on as our property manager. Peter has a knack for finding efficient ways of getting the job done and has been thorough and quick to respond if ever maintenance issues arise.

I recently sold my family home I'd lived in for 29 years!! Prior to deciding to list with Peter I had an agent approach me and I guess in the end promised the world but simply failed to deliver. Once that fiasco was over I went back to my original plan of listing with Saunderson Property and I think Peter and I both thought we'd go well in the current market. At the same time my neighbour had listed their home for Auction.

In the end we sold for a price which was less than we thought, even Peter agreed. But there was a lot of homes on the market competing against us so it was game on as they say. The communication and feedback from Peter was spot on, we ended up selling for the same number as the home next door and that was renovated and mine wasn't. So in the big picture I thought I did pretty good.

Yes I have heard that selling can be stressful but I felt comfortable having Peter by my side, he took the stress away. Our contact with Peter goes back years, we were living in Newcastle 2001 and met Pete when we sold in Merewether...... a great result for us! Now happily settled in Sydney we had a rental for a long time in Newcastle and unlike our family home this one was in need of some love. It was one of those situations where the rent was coming in so all’s good.

Despite the work required and after constant phone calls from Peter telling us he had a buyer we decide it was time to go....so we listed with Pete again. And you know he did have a buyer and plenty of them in fact. We sold quickly and at a price we were happy given the work this house needed.

I got Peter's phone number off his For Sale sign around the corner and it was the best move I could of made. He was prompt in attending my call, spot on with his advice and kept me informed the entire time. On open day I was away and it made no difference to him at all. Everything went smoothly he was so accurate with his advice that on the day when he got the final offer I was extremely happy with the final price. His ability to read the market impressed me the most, and everything was done with my best interests at heart.

Peter rang and asked me if I was offered the right price would I sell? I took him up on his plan and well the result was PERFECT! Not only did he stick with it, as my home was in need of some TLC let's say. I went to look at another home in the same suburb that had just sold!
